VidiBotBuild and run a task flow
A task flow describes which work VidiBot should perform. Review every row before starting because platform-specific settings and available task types differ.
Choose the platform and task type
Set the platform first, then choose a task type offered for that platform in the current release. Do not assume a task type such as warm-up is available everywhere.
Select the browser profile
Use a profile that matches the target account and platform. Avoid assigning the same environment to overlapping runs unless the workflow explicitly supports it.
Set media and timing
Choose the media folder and review the daily limits and schedule. Platform scheduling rules differ; leave timing unset when you intend to start immediately.
Start and supervise
Review the task board, start the selected tasks, and monitor the execution log. If you edit task settings after a run, verify the board refreshes and the next run reflects the new configuration.
Browser automation can be affected by platform UI changes, login challenges, permissions, and account restrictions. A successful software status should be checked against the platform result.
