Read results and investigate errors
Use the task board to understand what ran, then open the matching upload detail or log entry before retrying a failed item.
Start with the task board
Check the task name, platform, status, and video counts. Compare those values with the task configuration you intended to run.
Open upload details
Review the video row for its final status and any available error description. A platform may accept a submission even when a later scheduling or confirmation step reports a problem, so inspect the actual platform state too.
Jump to the related log
Use the detail row’s log navigation when available. Confirm the timestamp and task/video context match the same run; do not rely on a nearby but unrelated log line.
Retry only after checking
Before retrying, confirm whether the platform already created a post, whether the schedule is correct, and whether the source file was moved by post-processing. Keep the log excerpt and software version for support, but remove account credentials and tokens.
When asking for help, share the app version, platform, browser provider, the relevant error text, and a redacted log excerpt. Never include passwords or API tokens.
